Orient and permute the last-layer corners at once, leaving the edges oriented but scrambled.
COLL solves the corners completely while the edges stay oriented, which leaves you with one of only four edge cases to finish — U-perm either way, H, or Z. It is the first real step past CFOP and the usual gateway into one-look last layers, because a fair few of these algorithms are ones you already know from OLL.
